Appearance:
Griffin form: With a slimmer physique than most, Lance has lean muscles but longer wings that allow him to ride air currents easier as well as fly faster. Like most, he has the feathering eagle head and beak, the talon front feet, the lion-like pawed back feet, a long tight set of feathered wings, and the lion tail. His coloring is mostly a dark brown and white with fractions of red at the end of feathers on the head.
Human form: As though carrying over his slim features to his human form, Lance has a slim but muscular physique in his human form. He has short dark red hair and green eyes, and he is pale, which with all stated characteristics one would believe him to be a human of Irish descent. Within his human form, Lance typically wears a black or at least semi-dark undershirt with a red light jacket, blue jeans, and sneakers. However, on certain occasions he doesn't mind dressing up.
Personality: Happy, good natured, but rather bored with life, Lance is rather tired of the same old go around of things. He constantly strives to find action or something of the like to brighten up his mind. He's constantly out doing what humans would consider extreme sports and rarely settles down if at all. The term 'calm' was never written into Lance's mind, so he simply keeps going and going. He doesn't hate anyone personally and actually befriends people rather easily with his outgoing personality. He has a strange habit of smirking a lot for one reason or another, but every once in a while, you'll see a full smile out of him. A little spastic under pressure, Lance detests emotional stress over pretty much anything else and tries to devoid himself of social confrontations and the like by simply keeping a light smirk and keeping the conversation fun.
Likes: sports, enjoying himself, pushing himself to the limit of what he can do, eating out at restaurants, and making 'buds' aka friends
Dislikes: Social confrontation, people who are unnecessarily cruel, small dogs (like the ones in people's purses), and pasta

History: Born into the griffin clan as one of those that did not strive for power within the clan but more of a different breed simply out to enjoy themselves, Lance, from the minute he could walk, was out with humans making friends and playing sports. For a long time in his childhood, Lance was completely oblivious to the tension of the other species as was willing to go up to another species simply to make friends. Even after he learned of the tension, he was still up to going out and trying to find someone who shared his interests. Spending a lot of time away from the clan and more time out with other species, Lance grew with little to no discrimination within his mind set, and even today, he keeps that thought process and is able to work with many different species.
